Founded in 2021 in the charming neighborhood of Box Hill North, we are a team of cakes and bakes enthusiasts dedicated to bringing you the true authentic Japanese taste of sweets through our range of Chiffon Cakes, Celebration Cakes, Chiffon Cake Rolls and Cookies. Our cakes and cookies are 100% handmade with Japanese flours and reduced-sugar recipes. We use Japan-imported ingredients and Australia local fresh produce and seasonal fruits to create the finest tastes for our customers.

About Our Master Baking Chef

Our award-winning AMAZINGSWEET Master Baking Chef Leona has over 10 years of professional baking experience. Professionally trained in both Japan and Hong Kong, Leona started her baking journey with a strong passion in cakes. She started her business online in 2021, and soon with great love and support from growing number of customers, her cakes are now also available in various local cafes. Leona has been awarded the silver medal in the Chiffon Cake contest run by a renowned baking school in 2025 in Tokyo, Japan.

Using Japan-imported flours and ingredients, the AMAZINGSWEET Chiffon Cakes offer a true authentic Japanese flavour. Our secret recipe Chiffon Cakes has very light, fluffy and moist texture that infuses subtle and aromatic flavours of our carefully selected ingredients.

We are one of the first and only bakers that offer gluten-free (GF) and/or dairy-free Chiffon Cakes in Melbourne. If your impression for gluten-free treats is "hard and chewy", try our GF Chiffon Cake series today and we will assure you that the cakes are even more moist and fluffier than any other Chiffon Cakes!
